Take The Money and Run (1969)

(New Jersey and unspecified other locations progressively further south; 1935-contemporary)
IMDb

One of Woody Allen's "early funny ones." Done in mockumentary format, tales the story of Virgil Starkwell, a largely incompetent New Jersey born criminal and Cello enthusiast. The story and even the continuity are played lose, but its all just mere vehicle for Woody's comic antics. Some of the funner sequences include the marching band, the bathroom scene, and several escapes attempts. Amusing. Janet Margolin lovely as the love interest.
